tylloo is a cloud-based email assistant that reads your inbox, classifies messages, and drafts replies on your behalf. The service is provided by Mercury Media Technology GmbH & Co. KG, Klostertor 1, 20097 Hamburg, Germany (“we”, “us”).
You sign in with your Google or Microsoft account via OAuth. By connecting your inbox you confirm that you have the authority to grant tylloo read access to the mailbox and permission to create drafts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Paid subscriptions are billed per seat, per month. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our merchant of record. Paddle handles invoicing, VAT, and local tax compliance on our behalf. By subscribing you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
The workspace owner is responsible for payment. Seat count is adjusted automatically when members are added or removed. Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Each plan has specific limits on the number of team members, custom processing rules, and email lookback period. These limits are enforced automatically. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limits. Current plan details are available on our pricing page.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

These limits are designed to accommodate normal business use. If your usage consistently exceeds your plan's allowance, we will notify you and work with you to find a suitable plan. If excessive usage continues after notification and is not resolved within 14 days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.
tylloo and its source code, design, and documentation are the property of Mercury Media Technology GmbH & Co. KG. Your emails and data remain yours at all times — we claim no ownership over content processed by the service.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Email content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for classification and draft generation. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
We aim to keep tylloo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, fix bugs, or change functionality at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
tylloo is provided “as is”. We are not liable for drafts generated by the AI, messages sent based on AI suggestions, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
